The Yilan Sister City Corporation led the Taiwan Theater Museum Taiwanese Opera Biography Workshop to Rockville, Maryland, USA, participated in the annual "Taiwan Bubble Milk Tea" performance in Rockville, and visited the Rockville City Government.
